FILES OF ADELAIDE HETRICK,, 1978/1979-1992

Summary: Documents covering the activities of Adelaide Hetrick, an active member of the EMD, in a number of official posts, including but not limited to Chairman (1978/79-1979/80), Public Relations Chair (1980/81-1983/84) and Financial Secretary (1984/85-1989/90). Materials include her personal notes and reports, correspondence and annotated copies of newsletters, meeting agendas, NJSFWC guidelines and other documents provided by the Woodbury EMD.

The last folder in this series contains materials dated after 1990, when the Woodbury EMD was dissolved. These documents record at least a part of Hetrick's continued participation in the daytime meetings of the Women's Club of Woodbury.

Some documents found here are also duplicated elsewhere in the collection. For example, there are a number of Financial Secretary's Reports included in this series that can also be found in the FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS and there is a copy of the Chairman's Annual Report 1978/79 that is also included with the ANNUAL REPORTS.

These materials do not cover Hetrick's entire history as a member of the Woodbury EMD, as she was involved with the club (under the last name Ferguson) starting in approximately 1968.
