Arrangement
Arrangement: As per original order, the materials are arranged alphabetically by individual's surname and then by subject matter. Oversized materials are listed at the end of the series. Because many of the boxes were miscellaneous, an order had to be imposed upon them that followed the general order of the other collected materials. There is often overlap and interconnectivity between subject.
General
Appraisal and Discard Information: Materials in this series arrived with a strong musty odor. Items that were photocopies were re-photocopied and the originals were discarded. Other items went through a deodorizing process and were ultimately placed in micro-chamber folders. Patrons with allergies should be cautious.
