Black ink drawing of a carved figure of a woman, drawn from two angles and with the additional note: “Found 1946 – mammoth ivory, 16 cm length, 3 cm thickness, Gravettian, 20,000 B.C.” One of many drawings of female and goddess artifacts that the artist drew from objects in museum collections or from illustrations. Most identified by location where the object was found. Found in a folder titled “Drawings Baubo, etc. Goddess material.”
