Lubell 3/12-14: 223a-q

Ink, charcoal, graphite pencil and pastel drawings (some with wash) that comprise a set of 17 self-portraits, drawn over an extended period. Some are undated. Several are dated February and March, 1974 and March 1975, while others, which may be from the same period, are dated with month and date, but not year. On the verso of one portrait (223l) is an earlier draft of the final version. Lubell 223b is on light tan paper and Lubell 223c is on brown paper.

Sizes range from 23.1 x 15.4 cm to 56.7 x 33.8 cm.
