Scope and Contents
Summary: Documents education groups' efforts to fight sexism in teaching materials and in the education system. Includes drafts of articles, scripts, reports, checklists, and bulletins, book catalogs and order forms, conference and workshop papers, and studies on sex discrimination in schools. In relation to Rutgers, the series also contains worksheets from the Training Institute for Sex Desegregation held at Douglass College in 1977. The Institute taught attendees how to identify sexism in their schools and how to respond appropriately.
