Summary: There are five folders that fall under this category. All folders except one are dated. These are speeches written by Mr. Phelps himself at time when he was U.S. Congressman from New Jersey. The speeches were given at the U.S. House of Representatives. These writings cover a wide variety of topics dealing anywhere from a Sound Currency speech to a speech about the status quo of New Jersey farmers.
