Reports summarizing the Somerset BPW's activities during the club year. These reports, written by the individual club officers and committee chairs, were presented at the May or June meeting. These reports briefly summarize the yearly activities of the Somerset BPW. The reports made by officers record the number and type of meetings attended and any other activities of note. The reports by committee chairs summarize their meeting programs (each committee appears to have been responsible for the planning of one meeting during the club year) and their projects for the club year. Reports appear to have been presented orally, with the hard copy being retained for the records. Reports are recorded on handwritten or typed sheets. The bulk of these reports is concentrated in the 1960s and 1970s.

The 1961/62 Membership Committee Chair's report includes copies of a form that was submitted to the NFBPWC's National Membership Chair.
