Scope and Contents

Arranged chronologically.

Proclamations announcing events of significance to the Somerset BPW. Mostly consists of proclamations by the County of Somerset and the Borough of Somerville declaring National Business Women's Week. Also includes resolutions by the County of Somerset honoring both men and women for significant service to the community.

This Series also contains a proclamation by the State of New Jersey dated October 8, 1970 declaring it National Business Women's Week from October 18 to October 24.

Awards honoring the Somerset BPW for its charitable contributions and for its member recruitment. The organizations honoring the Somerset BPW are as follows: the Business and Professional Women's Foundation, the NJBPWC, and the NFBPWC.
