Booklets detailing a specific event attended by members of the Somerset BPW. Small printed booklets that were prepared prior to special events and distributed to the attendees. Generally they include the name of the event, place, date, and time, a program overview or agenda, and the names of the presiding club officers. Events covered by these booklets include the Somerset BPW's 25th, 35th, and 45th anniversaries, the Woman of the Year award ceremonies, and the annual meetings/installation dinners. Some of the covers for these booklets appear to have been supplied by the NFBPWC, but the Somerset BPW produced the contents.

This series also includes Somerset BPW member handbooks from the 1987/88 and 1988/89 club years and posters for National Business Women's Week 1970 and 1971.

The undated items at the end of the series include a book of Christmas carols, a booklet summarizing a bus trip sponsored by the club, a pamphlet about the NFBPWC, and a pamphlet about the Business and Professional Women's Foundation.
