The official bylaws governing the operation of the Somerset BPW. The Bylaws of the Somerset BPW, recorded on typewritten sheets, include both finalized versions and draft copies. Also included with this series are memoranda and other correspondence regarding changes to the Bylaws. This series also includes a small booklet entitled "Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws." It was produced by the NJFBPW in 1948. There are records for the revisions made to the Somerset BPW's Bylaws in 1962, 1964, 1971, 1972, 1975, 1980, 1985, 1987, 1988, 1989 and 1991. Major revisions appear to have been made between 1964 and 1969; however, there is no documentary evidence of these changes other than two significantly different sets of bylaws dating from this time period.

Proposed Policy and Procedures Manuals are included with the Bylaws for 1975 and 1982. These manuals outline the responsibilities of the Somerset BPW's officers and committees.
