Refers to the letter, a copy of which is on the preceding page, (see above, May 30, 1825) which was transmitted by the President of the Company with the request that it be brought to the attention of the officers whose duty is concerned with delivery of mails, admonishing them to give the strictest possible attention to the receipt and delivery of the mails and expressing a hope that no just grounds of complaint may hereafter arise.
