Letter of yesterday at hand. Changed schedule of line effective on Monday next as it will appear in the morning papers with request that notice thereof be put in Albany papers. Suggestions relative to certain deductions to be made from the fund collected for wine and for the stewards relative to last Wednesday and the delegation and the Senate. Suggested conference to be arranged with Thomson and Townsend relative to the Richmond which should be withdrawn from the line early next month as it is unsafe. In constant dread and an accident would be fatal to the line.
