The Committee have named her the Chancellor Kent and a likeness of the Chancellor will be placed as a bust on her stern. Explanation of having sent wrong letter to Lynch. News has just reached New York City via Boston from France to indicate War to almost a certainty and in consequence considerable bustle took place today in our market. Postscript: Schedule arranged for the boats the same as 1ast year for which hand bills will be sent. The Chancellor to be sent to Hammonds as the lower brase of the rudder is loose so the Fly has been sent this trip and the Richmond will go through Hells Gate tomorrow with the Chancellor for safety's sake.
