Report of consultation with Lynch relative to running boats only three times a week and plans for giving notice of altered schedule. Draft of $5000 received end paid. Expect to have all the models and estimates early next week and shall contract for the frame. Mr. Kemble will present full estimate of each item. Will send a number of copies of Colden's letter by tomorrow's boat.
