To send the Fly up on Saturday With the Chancellor for purpose of being employed towing sloops &c. Advise giving public notice to that effect. Engineer and one firemen on board and with Joseph Gillespie from the Chancellor they will be sufficient to take charge of her. Estimates not yet completed.
