Scope and Contents
Comment on yellow fever. State Prison wharf secured for use of boats when Cortlandt street becomes dangerous. Confidence shall be maintained as it was during the lest yellow fever epidemic. Postscript, in consequence of Judge Skinner's decision Mr. John L. Sullivan has come on to pester us with his steam-tow boats. He is now in Albany on this business.
