Request that the log on which the Chancellor struck be removed before damage or destruction occurs to other ships. Comment upon injunction granted by Judge Skinner and the feet that his transcendency has the effect of bringing the state laws and those of the United States into instantaneous collision. Graham coming to see you. M. Livingston has cited Fulton Company to appear again before the Chancellor Monday next to shew cause why the injunction on his boat should not be removed. Increased alarm about fever which has now been pronounced yellow fever by Dr. Nelson. Board of health now in session. Neighbors in Rector street are removing.
