R.L. Livingston wishes sufficient stock to be sold to pay balance due the bank, negotiations now on foot for disposal of 40 shares at $500. Lynch and W. Livingston out of town so no one has power to act on matter. Bills of repairs forwarded by Capt. Wiswall. Boats doing well, at end of week shall send comparative statement of effects of new arrangement.
