Refers to Cozzen's basket which Center refused to carry because they encouraged opposition and the boats of the Company must not be made the pack-horses. Trip of Fire Fly and statement of work to be done on her when she returns. Mr. Livingston and Mr. Dale have not sent their Authority to commence the suit. Note appended at bottom of letter by J. Gray to effect that the injunction was served to Capt. Roorbach the l3th July 1821.
