Scope and Contents
The Messrs. Livingston's reply concerning engine will be sent by Mr. Luke (?). Capt. R's. conduct being dealt with hopefully for improvement. Irregularity of paper corrected by Butler. Need of coal. Wine & scotch purchased, being poor, was got rid of to Mr. Lynch. Discussion of bills paid, dividends issued, &c., including fact that ample funds are in the Post Office to meet the State tax.
