Scope and Contents
Certification drawn by Samuel Storer master builder of Trays to the effect that the sloop named Diana was built by him at Albany during the present year 1800 for Gilbert Stewart & Isaiah Townsend of Albany, that said sloop is square sterned and round tuck'd built, that her length is 52 feet 9 inches, breadth 22 ft., depth 7 ft. and that she measures 6 11/95 tons. Witnessed by Samuel Storer. District of New York.
