SECRETARY'S RECORDS,, 1979-1998

Summary: Records collected by secretaries throughout their tenure. Represented are four secretaries: Phoebe Andes, who served as the first secretary from 1979 to 1982; Priscilla L. Santayana, who served as secretary from 1990 to 1992 and 1992 to 1994; Pete-Reuben Calixto, who served from 1996 to 1998; and Rosario Estrada who served from 1998 to 2000. All of these documents were removed from loose-leaf binders. Sometimes these folders contain meeting minutes, treasurer's reports, bylaws, and other documents which can also be found in other parts of the collection. Among the document types present are correspondence, membership forms and lists, and reports presented at annual conventions.
