Summary: This series consists of correspondence, memoranda, reports, publications, and other documents related to various administrative committees, programs, and individuals associated with the Mohegan Colony Association. Particularly extensive files include records related to membership, the Lake Improvement District, the association's tax exempt status, and correspondence with surrounding school districts. A large section of this series consists of legal files, including property deeds, legal correspondence, and legal records relating to the "Beach cases."

Of particular interest are records related to community center programming, including newspaper clippings, programs, brochures, and cultural event posters.
