Scope and Contents
Summary: The majority of this series consists of a photograph album documenting Mohegan Colony Association events from 1984 to 1985. This series also contains 24 portraits and views primarily of Mohegan Colony Association members, as well as views of association-owned property.
This series contains color and black-and-white prints, as well as three negatives. There are several group photographs of children attending association sponsored events. Also included are several views taken during the building of the Martha Guinsberg Pavilion.
Of particular interest are two group portraits documenting the activities of the community, including a photograph of a children's dance class (1956) and a group photograph of members of the Mohegan Colony Day Camp (1961).
The majority of the photographs are undated and most subjects have not been identified.
