V. MINUTES, 1950-2002

Summary: Documentation of Board of Trustees, budget, general membership, and special meetings. The minutes and agendas were distributed to all Mohegan Colony Association members, and occasionally budgetary materials are included as part of the minutes. Included in this series are meeting agendas and general correspondence reminding members of meeting dates and subjects.

Of particular interest are meeting minutes from March, 1968 that discuss relations between the association and non-members over the issue of beach maintenance and access, including a rival organization, the Crompond Property Owner's Association. Other topics of interest include the development of a nursery school in September, 1968, and issues of revenue building throughout the 1990s.
