Summary: Voluntary organization which helped place outgoing women Carter appointees and senior-level administrators. Originally operated by Carter officials Barbara Blum and Anne Wexler, after two months it was taken over by the NWEF and operated with private funds. Includes resumes of presidential appointees and non-appointees arranged alphabetically, administrative and fund-raising correspondence, lists of contacts, press releases, and employment assessment forms documenting what type of job each women wanted and where she wanted to work.
