Summary: Consortium, originally of five women's colleges in conjunction with the NWEF and the Center for the American Woman and Politics, which developed public education programs for women under a grant from the fund for the Improvement of Post Secondary Education (FIPSE), established in 1978, and from the Carnegie Corporation of New York. Originally Carlow College, Pittsburgh; Goucher College in Washington, D.C.; Spelman College, Atlanta; Stephens College in Missouri; and Wells College in New York. Administered through Wells College. Includes correspondence, fundraising, press releases, program evaluations, minutes and newsletters.
