Scope and Contents
Summary: The major portion of this series is made up of type written documents which were identified as to be read at addresses, lectures or talks, and documents written for some instructive purpose.
A somewhat artificial distinction has been made between "addresses" and "lectures" to serve the foldering of these documents. Here, "addresses" are speeches made to congresses, meetings, celebrations, commemorative conferences and other oral reports. "Lectures" are talks given with some instructive purpose in in mind to classes, colloquia, symposia and the like. Press clippings relating to these addresses and lectures, as well as the related handbills, are filed here, too.
Also included here are educational materials. These are typed documents which seem to have been designed to instruct party members or others in party philosophy and doctrine. They are mostly typed guides and copies of lectures
