Scope and Contents

Kurbel Books is the imprint of Reverend Joseph L. Curran of Watertown, Massachusetts. Sherman did the artwork in many Kurbel Press books, including original water-color paintings in the deluxe edition of Canticle of the Sun. Gayle Roberts-Cullen issued some of Curran’s books in deluxe needlework bindings. (Bradbury 122)
