Scope and Contents

The Attic Press is the imprint of Willis A. Shell, Jr. of Richmond Virginia. It began when Shell was given a birthday present of a Washington Hand Press in 1939. He designed, printed, hand-colored and bound his books himself. (Bradbury 14)
