Scope and Contents
EDITORIAL CARTOONS include 31 illustrated prints that relate to HAW's campaigns or his political career in some way. Though most of the cartoons concern politics, legislative topics include ERISA, housing, OSHA, and public employment. Many of the items were originally framed but were removed from the frames by the archivists because of preservation issues.
