Hearings on Constitutional Rights and FBI Tactics includes information pertaining to the Senate and House Hearings on Constitutional Rights and FBI Tactics. The hearings concerned undercover FBI operations, especially Abscam. People who testified or were interviewed included FBI Director William H. Webster; Executive Assistant Director of the FBI Francis M. Mullen; agents John Good and Anthony Amoroso; prosecutor Thomas Puccio; Abscam defendents William Rosenberg, Howard Criden, and Angelo Errichetti; and Mel Weinberg. It includes transcripts of the Senate hearings, evidence presented by linguist Shuy, and various statements made by people involved in the hearings.
