Scope and Contents
Court Filings includes various filings related to HAW's trials, hearings on motions, and other judicial proceedings. The bulk relates to HAW's main trial, US v. HAW. Also included are HAW's civil suit against the United States, due process hearings, and some cases involving his former lawyers. The sub-series also includes documents other than court filings, such as various affidavits and memos, found in files containing court filings.
