Summary: The Capital Structure files contain information about payments to family members from Moe and Dave Bildner (1945), "Facts Leading Up to the Present Set Up of the [Bildner Brothers] Partnership" (1948?), advice concerning the capital structure (1955-1956) and an accounting of the Bildner Brothers partnership prepared by J.H. Cohn and Co. at the time of its dissolution (1956). In addition there is a stock debenture analysis and an analysis for the distribution of new stock for Kings (1958), a review of the outstanding stock issued by Kings (1963), and an analysis of the fair market value of shares of Kings Class B Common Stock (1986).

The Stock and Stockholdings files consist of agreements among Kings shareholders (1971) and a later settlement agreement with Phyllis Schechter (1986). Also there is a shareholders agreement with Robert and James Bildner concerning Kings and SME shares (1981). Also part of this subgroup are stock certificates for shares in Kings and its affiliated companies (Kings of Bloomfield, Kings Markets, Inc., King's Self Service, Kings Inc.). The shares were held by Allen Bildner, Joseph Bildner, or Kings Super Markets.
