MINUTES OF MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS

Summary: Like the minutes of the Board Meetings, the minutes of the Branch meetings were also preserved irregularly, and may have been kept by the same recording secretaries, thus minutes of the Branch meetings occur from the same dates as the Board meetings.

Minutes recorded in 1967-68 were taken by Nancy Rodney, for meetings in October, November, December, January, February, March, April, and May. There is a correspondingly full series for 1968-69 from another Recording Secretary, Vicki Schlosser. Then there is a gap until the Minutes pick up again from the Meeting of September 13, 1977, and continue with nearly a full set of minutes through May 1980. Another long gap ensues until three sets of Minutes kept from September and November 1993 and January 1994. These are followed by the last of the preserved minutes dated September 12, 1995.
