BROADSIDES AND PROGRAMS, 1958-1995

Summary:Many of these items were posted on the community bulletin board or mailed to Roosevelt residents, and collected by borough councilman Peter Warren and others. Includes press releases, political campaign advertising, charitable and cultural events, building dedications, public notices, lectures, birthday parties and picnics. Some of the items were annotated while hanging on the community bulletin board, creating a form of public dialogue. Peter Warren also added his own comments to some of them.

Also included in this series are invitations to Roosevelt events, certificates awarded to various Roosevelt organizations and individuals, and a separate file of programs for cultural and educational events in Roosevelt.
