Scope and Contents
Summary: These folders contain vouchers and correspondence between the C.O.S. and local businesses, showing bills paid by the Society and expense account payments of the General Secretary mention names of people the Society assisted, and what help they received. They also include office bills, and correspondence between Miss Hay, the General Secretary and Henry Schneewiess, the Treasurer, giving a clear picture of the daily operation at the Society.
