Summary: Correspondence includes letters from directors and presidents, members, and miscellaneous individuals. Most of the letters address upcoming programs, meetings and legislation. Of particular interest are letters ofresignation from Phy! McEwen as Director of District V, and Sylva Harrington (1976), and a letter addressed to the State President Sophie Petracco in 1983. This letter discusses the problems that District V has with poor morale and low attendance at district meetings. Along with this letter, the District V Secretary included the minutes of the meetings from October 1981-October 1982 to show the low morale of the district.
