The club/state event programs are summaries of certain events sponsored by the New Brunswick BPW or the State Federation. They detail the menu and the order of events of that particular program. Of interest are the programs for the Roasting Party (1940) and National Business Women's Week Salutes Women in Business and Professions (1970). Some invitations are for the April Fooleries Roasting party and dinner(l941), a membership tea (1971), and a reception in honor of Helen Hurd celebrating her 50th Annivesary in BPW(l 988). Local club and state federation events include correspondence and flyers that announce an event and/or ask for an RSVP. Some of these include the annual Philsfolly picnic (1937, 1940), art exhibits, seminars, and breakfast buffets in later years. Other events include programs that were not sponsored by the Business and Professional Women's organization, but outside groups inviting the club to attend. These include a trip Rome (1972), and an affirmative action conference (1975).

The induction ceremony procedures cover how to run the ceremony and the different speaking parts. Installation ceremonies contain programs and correspondence in relation to installation of officers and the awarding of the scholarship. The newspaper spoofs, skits, and tableaux contain fake newspapers that the club would put together, and skits the club would perform.

There are also news articles relating to New Brunswick BPW club events. The newspapers are local papers and describe events such as picnics, the Yule Pageant (1935), roasting parties, anniversaries, and installations. All are photocopies. The National Business Women's Week is documented with announcements, correspondence from the planning committee, the Chamber of Commerce and members, newspaper articles, programs, and a history ofNational Business Women's Week.

The 25th, 50th, 60th, and 70th anniversary folders include invitations, programs, newspaper articles, correspondence, procedures, speeches, and cards. Of particular interest are a mailgram from Senator Bill Bradley and a letter representing President Ronald Reagan, both informing the club that they will not be able to attend the 60th anniversary celebration. There is also a guestbook for the 60th and 70th anniversary in the same book.

The song sheets contain songs from the club from the April Fooleries, Thanksgiving and other miscellaneous occasions. There are three folders with Bicentennial documents. These are separated into BPW sponsored events, outside Bicentennial publications, and other miscellaneous items. Of interest are the NBBPW Bicentennial National Business Women's Week (1975) and a speech given at a NBBPW meeting about the Bicentennial and historical facts.

Also includes, two legal sized folders containing information on the raffle, such as correspondence, applications, tickets, a copy of the 1993 by-laws, and the certificate of incorporation, the last needing to be handed in to receive a Registration Certificate. (1992-1995).
