TREASURER'S FILES, 1923-1999

Summary: This series comprises of three bound volumes. Two volumes, 1924-1925 (with cover) and 1925-1935 (without a cover), consist of the treasurer's reports. The other volume, the club room ledger (1942-1945), details pledges and contributions to support the renting of the club room. The treasurer's reports detail balance, receipts, and disbursements. Also includes treasurer's annual reports, auditor reports, correspondence, description of duties, bank summaries, and dues that are not on the official statements of club membership sheets interfiled. Separated under this series are the club membership sheets which show members' local, national and state dues.
