Scope and Contents

Summary: The certificate of incorporation, constitution and by-laws of the club. The certificate of incorporation is dated 1960. The constitution is not dated; however, there are copies of the constitution with the by-law booklets {1925, 1932, 1938, 1946). There are also amendments and revisions to by-laws (1952-1975, 1982, undated) and model by-laws (1956-1968, undated). Interfiled with the by-law amendments and revisions are the by-law committee reports. The model by-laws originated from the National BPW and were fill-in-the-blank drafts.
