Scope and Contents

Summary: Documentation regarding Congressman Maguire's communications with his constituents and possibly non-district supporters (see MAILING LISTS). "A Report From Washington" is largely informational, reporting on the Congressman's non-campaign activities as legislator, speaker and activist. The "Maguire Wire"s are personal in tone, with biographical material on the Congressman and his staff, and entirely campaign-oriented although there are informal accounts on the progress of certain pieces of legislation The "Washington Watch" comprises four issues, each of which is devoted to either energy, business, health or senior citizens.

Among staff members involved in the production of the newsletters are Steven D'Arazien, Robert Kerr, Narge Starr and Bruce B Maguire/
