Summary: A publication of the Republican Policy Committee of the U.S. House of Representatives (1945-1953) and of the U.S. Senate (1955-1978) entitled "Record Vote Analysis" and comprising a record of every vote and quorum call. The committee's publication includes a brief analysis of the contents of each bill, a summary of the arguments used during floor debates, a record of each member's vote, and, for persons not voting, an explanation why no vote was cast.
