Summary: Documentation is comprised of material to support the Burger Opposition Committee formed by Phillips to prevent approval of Burger's nomination as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court and to support the subsequent court case Phillips brought against Burger arguing that his confirmation by the Senate was unconstitutional.
