These tapes contain concert recordings and radio broadcasts related to Ervin's career promoting, booking, and presenting live jazz in Tucson, Arizona. The collection also contains recordings of the University of Arizona's Jazz Sunday and Jazz on Location and include performances by such artists as Tito Puente, Joe Williams, and Louis Bellson.
