The Stephen S. Chang Papers document the extensive scientific research accomplishments of the former chair of the Food Science department at Cook College, Rutgers University. Theodore Stanton, 1851-1925. American author, editor, journalist and publisher, active in Paris, France, 1878-1925. Greatly influenced by both parents, Elizabeth Cady Stanton, Henry Brewster Stanton; continued their causes through the press of Europe and America.
