Scope and Contents: Lubell 8/6: 284a-c Two black ink woodblock prints of the eight-armed Hindu goddess Sarasvati riding the mythical bird Garuda while holding the reins, a lotus, unknown object (pestle? bell?), trident, tambourine, conch shell and [the tail of the bird?]. The final hand is held up, palm facing forward. A garland or vine forms a border on the bottom and left sides. Print 284b is titled and signed Winifred Milius Lubell.
