Scope and Contents: Lubell 8/2: 280a-f Six black and white woodblock prints of [the village of Delphi in Greece], showing a street scene with someone riding a donkey and a woman carrying a basket or bowl on her head. Drawings, Lubell 278a-c, appear to be preliminary sketches of the scene, but with slightly different and less detailed composition. Print 280e has a light notation on the verso, lower right: “MU” or “MUI.” The possible title was listed in the original information given by the family. See...
